Performance Marketing Manager (Mobile Apps)

Location: Paris, France; work arrangement: on-site with remote days

What you will do

• Plan and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple consumer and social apps.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify relevant signals, and improve return on ad spend.
• Coordinate user acquisition efforts with Product and Creative teams and share feedback.
• Use internal growth tools and collaborate with Tech to improve them continuously.
• Share user acquisition best practices and lead transversal growth projects.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition within application or gaming companies.
• Successful experience developing ROAS strategies for mobile games or apps.
• Strong knowledge of user acquisition platforms, including Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, and DSPs.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners such as Appsflyer and Adjust, plus experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and app store optimization.
• Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to work on-site in Paris.
