TL;DR
Oncology Clinical Navigator (Clinical Adoption and HealthTech): Driving adoption, training, and enablement of the Triomics AI platform across oncology customer accounts with an accent on clinical workflows, user training, and change management. Focus on translating between clinicians and the platform, designing account-specific rollout plans, supporting go-live, and surfacing customer needs to engineering and product teams.

Location: New York City or a regional customer hub in the United States; regular office attendance and travel to customer sites are required, with periodic travel to NYC.

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design and deliver platform training for physicians, nurses, and clinical research coordinators.
  • Create reusable onboarding tracks, quick-reference guides, workflow walkthroughs, and release-update training.
  • Embed with customer cancer centers to understand clinical workflows, pain points, and adoption goals.
  • Develop account-specific adoption plans, identify champions, support rollouts, and provide hands-on support through go-live and steady-state usage.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers to address adoption blockers and customer-specific platform needs.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering and help improve scalable adoption playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an oncology nurse, clinical research coordinator, or in a similar oncology clinical or clinical-research role.
  • First-hand experience in oncology care or clinical research at a cancer center or comparable setting.
  • Strong understanding of oncology treatment from diagnosis through recovery and fluency in cancer terminology.
  • Experience teaching, training, or onboarding clinical peers and driving adoption of new tools or workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and credibility with physicians, nurses, and clinical research coordinators.
  • Strong technology skills and willingness to attend the office and travel to customer sites are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in clinical research operations, including trial conduct, eligibility criteria, patient recruitment, or data abstraction.
  • Experience as a super-user, trainer, or change champion for an EHR or other clinical software implementation.
  • Experience at a high-growth health tech company or with deeply integrated technical products in a clinical setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with oncology clinical trial workflows and the cancer center research ecosystem.
