TL;DR
QA Engineer (AI): Ensuring the quality and reliability of a distributed AI platform with an accent on test planning, requirements analysis, automation, and LLM-based technology. Focus on designing automated tests for distributed systems, managing Kubernetes-based test infrastructure, and driving quality practices across the development lifecycle.
Location: Hybrid, with attendance at the Shoreditch office in London once a week

What you will do
- Implement QA best practices across the dominAI product team.
- Define clear, testable acceptance criteria with product managers and developers during story refinement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for complex distributed systems using TypeScript across frontend and API layers.
- Test machine learning and LLM-based technologies, while identifying, triaging, and resolving defects.
- Maintain Kubernetes-based testing environments and infrastructure, contribute to release planning, and improve QA processes and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer or analyst.
- Strong experience in test planning, requirements analysis, and quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with test automation for complex, distributed systems.
- Experience writing TypeScript test automation across frontend and API layers.
- Experience managing containerized test environments and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience testing machine learning projects, including automated testing for LLM-based technology, and the ability to obtain and maintain Security Vetted status at least at SC level.

- Experience with performance-critical systems.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AI, simulation technologies, or the defence sector.
