Senior Software Engineer (Go/Kubernetes)

hirify.global is a Series B product company creating Intelligent Control Planes based on Kubernetes and Crossplane for infrastructure provisioning, operations, and adaptation in AI-native enterprises.

What you will do

• Build and operate hirify.global Spaces in production across multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Develop Go-based Kubernetes operators, controllers, add-ons, and related platform features.
• Investigate customer issues involving multiple control planes, reconciliation, performance, and distributed systems.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes services using metrics, logs, and traces.
• Build operational tooling for control-plane health analysis, debugging, and incident response automation.
• Support self-hosted Spaces releases, write technical documentation, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience operating production cloud services at scale.
• Strong debugging skills in distributed systems and experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, post-mortems, and reliability improvement.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and production observability.
• Experience building and operating controllers that interact with the Kubernetes API server, including reconciliation, API rate limits, and controller performance.
• Strong Go programming experience and the ability to work directly with customers on complex technical issues.
• Clear communication, collaboration, ownership, and willingness to participate in on-call support.

• Contributions to open-source projects, including Crossplane.
• Experience supporting customer-managed or self-hosted deployments.
