Growth Engineer (AI/Web3)

Location: Remote; fully remote and/or hybrid work available

hirify.global is building a sovereign execution layer for AI and a blockchain designed for AI-native applications, including the Infernet infrastructure for accessing AI models on-chain and off-chain.

What you will do

• Lead the full partner integration lifecycle, from initial scoping and product development through deployment and maintenance.
• Integrate hirify.global’s AI infrastructure with partner applications and protocols in the web3 ecosystem and beyond.
• Provide technical support, establish reusable integration practices and standards, and develop new products and usage patterns with partners.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration APIs and SDKs.
• Work across AI/ML, distributed systems, blockchain, and emerging tooling to deliver robust integration solutions.

Requirements

• Expertise in blockchain engineering, particularly in forward-deployed environments.
• Familiarity with web3 development libraries and tooling such as Ethers, Viem, and Foundry.
• Fluency in Python or TypeScript and hands-on experience with Solidity, EVM smart contract environments, and Unix.
• Broad understanding of web3 protocols, including DeFi, L1/L2 environments, and bridges.
• Strong written communication, collaboration, and engineering fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure and applications on AWS or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects.
