Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Barcelona, Spain; responsibilities support European entities and global US/EMEA infrastructure.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain infrastructure for the Barcelona office and European entities, including networks, video conferencing, Linux servers, and desktop support.
• Manage high-availability Active Directory and DNS infrastructure across US and EMEA environments, including migration of critical components to Microsoft Azure.
• Maintain O365 security and deploy MFA and SSO for EMEA users.
• Manage Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and next-generation IP phone infrastructure for EMEA.
• Support DLP and EDR client rollouts, maintain security standards, and support engineering and production Linux infrastructure.
• Back up servers and restore them when requested while troubleshooting Linux, desktop, and networking issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, O365, email security platforms, Zoom Rooms and Voice, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Beyond Identity SSO, and Microsoft SCCM.
• Windows and Linux systems administration experience, plus scripting and automation skills with Python, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of the NIST framework, GitLab experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• ITIL v4 and Microsoft O365 or Azure certifications.
