Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; remote-friendly work environment

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
• Own major areas of the codebase and help define technical architecture.
• Translate user needs into scalable solutions in collaboration with product and design.
• Build AI/ML-powered systems that automate intake, OASIS documentation, scribing, and quality assurance workflows.
• Optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability while establishing engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers as the team grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React and backend technologies such as Node and Python.
• Experience designing and building scalable systems and APIs.
• Comfort working across the full stack, from UI/UX through infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and ability to work through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems or integrating APIs such as LLMs.
