Forward Deployed Engineer (Physical AI)

Location: Remote in the United States, West Coast; 30% travel required

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Run customer demos and onboard users both onsite and remotely.
• Build working proofs of concept from ambiguous customer problems.
• Become an expert user of the hirify.global platform and identify customer needs.
• Share customer challenges with the product team to inform the roadmap.
• Coordinate with colleagues to improve proofs of concept and onboarding.

Requirements

• Technical foundation in robotics, machine learning, data engineering, or databases.
• Ability to work credibly with engineers and navigate real codebases.
• Working knowledge of Python, including reading, iterating on, and extending existing code.
• Genuine interest in robotics, spatial AI, or computer vision.
• Strong ownership and motivation to solve customer problems.
• Comfort with 30% travel.
