Staff Software Engineer - Fullstack (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York, NY, 5 days a week at the NYC headquarters

Base salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year, plus competitive initial equity package and refreshers

hirify.global is building a commodity risk management platform for the physical economy, combining real-time market data, AI-powered exposure modeling, and automated trade generation.

What you will do

• Own core product features from concept and architecture through shipping, iteration, and scaling.
• Architect and build high-performance UIs for automated hedge recommendations, open positions, and real-time market data.
• Lead the evolution of product architecture across UI foundations, backend APIs, integrations, and scalability.
• Work with founders and customers to define product direction and translate complex risk workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Develop AI-enabled features that integrate LLMs and model-driven insights into operator workflows.
• Drive engineering best practices, mentor engineers, and help shape the technical culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience and a track record of building products and leading 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience with familiarity with Next.js and complex, performant UIs.
• Ability to work across the stack, including backend APIs and integrations, with a frontend focus.
• Experience or strong interest in building AI-enabled products that solve customer problems.
• Strong ownership, bias for speed, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Golang.
• Experience with real-time rendering, streaming, or WebSockets.
• Prior fintech experience.
