Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Hybrid role based in the Warsaw office, with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 21:00

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the availability of production services operating 24/7.
• Detect production issues and perform first- and second-tier infrastructure and application troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain, and document technical solutions for production infrastructure and SRE activities.
• Work with Operations, Product, R&D, and Support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux-based systems.
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar tools.
• Basic monitoring experience and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• AI-driven mindset and experience using LLM tools.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in English and flexibility to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 21:00 are required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers.
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, SignalFx, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
• Experience with SQL, infrastructure as code using Terraform, distributed systems, containers, or Kubernetes.
