What you will do

• Attract and source high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in people department projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a fast-paced startup.
• Fluency in English or Spanish + any other european language
• Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
• Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
