What you will do

• Set the visual and creative direction for Lotus's new Los Angeles office and brand.
• Develop concepts and execute creative work across identity, web, social, and campaigns.
• Build and evolve a complete brand system from positioning through delivery.
• Write copy and shape storytelling alongside hands-on visual design.
• Use Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools in daily creative execution.

Requirements

• Combined experience in creative direction, concepting, design, and copywriting.
• A shipped, end-to-end brand system covering identity, web, social, and campaign work.
• Strong positioning and storytelling instincts beyond visual polish.
• Daily hands-on proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles and join the founding LA office team.

• Experience building for or marketing to women's audiences.
