Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; in-person role
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Create high-impact sales decks, presentations, pitch templates, and case studies for enterprise deals.
- Design social content, paid campaign materials, growth ads, product marketing assets, newsletters, and event materials.
- Develop reports, whitepapers, thought leadership materials, infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Build brand-consistent templates, reusable components, and scalable design systems.
- Partner with the GTM team, founding designer, and Senior Graphic Designer on sales enablement, marketing, and strategic design projects.
- Expand ownership into brand and product design while maintaining high standards for typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall craft.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills.
- Expert proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides, Figma, or comparable design tools.
- Strong knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to adapt to startup pace and tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
Nice to have
- B2B technology or SaaS experience.
- Experience with Figma Slides, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
- Experience at AI/ML or enterprise software companies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design acceleration.
- A relevant degree is helpful but not required.
