ASIC Design Engineer, Senior (Mixed-Signal)

What you will do

• Design analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks for scribe-line sensor applications.
• Support digital control, integration, and readout functions for sensor circuits.
• Develop and execute analog and digital verification flows, including simulations, corner analysis, and results review.
• Build and maintain EDA scripting and automation to improve design and verification efficiency.
• Drive or support custom layout with attention to matching, parasitics, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Analyze simulation and silicon data with Python and pandas, and collaborate with design, layout, CAD, and test teams through validation.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of related industry experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a master's degree.
• Strong background in analog design, analog verification, digital design, digital verification, and custom layout.
• Strong experience with EDA scripting and automation.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, including pandas.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines in a fast-moving development environment.

Nice to have

• Mixed-signal or sensor-circuit development experience.
• Silicon characterization and correlation of measured data to simulation.
• Experience improving workflows through scripting, automation, and data analysis.
• Experience debugging complex circuit and verification issues in advanced development flows.
