Fullstack Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Own full-stack features from design through production, including API design, backend services, and maintainable UI components.
• Build scalable, secure, and observable APIs, background workers, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Develop accessible and performant interfaces using modern React patterns.
• Design and optimize database schemas, indexes, queries, caching strategies, and persistence layers.
• Ship tested code and manage CI/CD flows, deployments, rollouts, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams while driving technical proposals, documentation, and platform improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience building production web applications across frontend and backend.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills with React.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL API design, relational databases, indexing, and query optimization; MySQL experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud platform, testing, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and debugging across UI, APIs, and databases.
• Clear communication, documentation skills, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
