What you will do

• Develop, validate, and optimize automated methods for sample preparation, analysis, and data collection.
• Transfer manual QC workflow steps to automated processes for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Manage liquid handling methods and integrate off-the-shelf instruments and custom hardware into automated workcells.
• Design and execute validation experiments for assay and workflow parameters.
• Conduct verification and validation testing of integrated automation systems.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex assay method issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory automation systems.
• Experience programming and optimizing liquid handling methods and developing integrated solutions with Biosero’s Green Button Go.
• Experience with laboratory analytical instruments, automated systems, assay results integration with LIMS, and flow cytometry, genomic, or cell-based assays.
• Proficiency in Python or C#, with strong technical writing, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving technology.
