Analyst - Quality (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States; proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status is required.

Annual base salary: $46,000–$128,000.

What you will do

• Support and maintain the AS9100-compliant Quality Management System.
• Review and archive conformance and qualification records.
• Prepare customer- and government-required data packages.
• Coordinate customer source inspections and perform internal audits.
• Maintain customer drawings, engineering drawings, and external specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and external auditors on quality and continual-improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least four years of experience as a quality analyst, technician, specialist, or equivalent; electronics-industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing, materials, and processing.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific drawings and technical specifications.
• US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status is required for US export-control compliance.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or formal training.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
• Experience with MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-750, or AS9100.
