Content Director — Lotus AI (Los Angeles)

What you will do

• Own content strategy and end-to-end video production.
• Select and develop stories featuring patient successes, doctors, and the founder.
• Build content programs, production calendars, and repeatable series.
• Direct and run shoots across social-first and cinematic brand formats.
• Use audience insights, hooks, and retention analysis to improve video performance.
• Activate contractor networks to crew shoots on short notice.

Requirements

• Proven track record of producing content with measurable traction, including viral formats, repeatable series, or founder- and personality-driven programs.
• Ability to develop strategy and execute production, including shooting and editing independently when needed.
• Experience across social-first content and cinematic brand work, with strong social performance fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, hooks, retention, and video effectiveness.
• Established contractor network that can be activated quickly for production needs.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality content with limited budgets.
