Marketing Lead (Web3)

Location: Fully remote; globally distributed team. Must maintain 4+ hours of daily overlap with US/EU business hours.

What you will do

• Own the marketing function end to end, building its strategy, operations, systems, and roadmap from zero to one.
• Design and deploy AI-powered, agent-based workflows, automation systems, and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop go-to-market strategy for Bug Bounty Subscriptions, Managed Triage, Audit Competitions, and emerging products.
• Define ICPs, messaging architecture, and product positioning for founders, protocol teams, and enterprise security buyers.
• Build hirify.global’s category narrative and brand execution in partnership with the CEO.
• Turn researcher expertise, security events, product news, and community activity into content, PR, events, social programs, and ecosystem activation.

Requirements

• Experience scaling a marketing function from zero to one without a dedicated team or corporate-scale budget.
• Experience marketing to developers, engineers, technical buyers, or security audiences where proof and credibility outperform paid promotion.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered marketing systems, agent-based workflows, and automation pipelines.
• Strong product marketing fundamentals, including ICP definition, messaging architecture, and GTM program delivery.
• Ability to work independently in an async-first environment and maintain 4+ hours of daily overlap with US/EU business hours.
• Resilience, direct communication, high ownership, and accountability for measurable business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 community platforms, token-based network effects, Discord, Telegram, or X.
• Background in crypto audits, cybersecurity, blockchain infrastructure, developer tools, or technical engineering.
• Established Web3 ecosystem network.
• Hands-on experience in content programs, PR execution, and event marketing.
