Focus on designing scalable pipelines, evaluating LLMs, and integrating autonomous AI features into a healthcare platform.
Location: Paris office or remote from France
Salary: €70K–€95K annually, plus equity

What you will do
- Choose and orchestrate models for processing and analyzing multimodal data.
- Design and implement RAG systems for large medical documents and patient histories.
- Build agentic systems for patient recruitment and clinical-site selection.
- Develop production-grade, robust, and scalable AI pipelines.
- Integrate AI features into the platform in collaboration with software engineers, product managers, and data engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience with LLMs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG, agents, and LLM observability tools.
- At least one year of production experience implementing and deploying AI-based features.
- Strong Python proficiency and the ability to deliver clean, production-ready code autonomously.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation challenges and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong product mindset and ability to challenge the product roadmap.
