What you will do
- Analyze and resolve kernel, runtime, and memory bottlenecks on custom hardware.
- Develop and optimize custom kernels and fused operators to maximize device utilization.
- Design efficient model mappings and communication strategies across multiple devices.
- Implement advanced inference-serving techniques like continuous batching and paged KV caches.
- Build profiling and benchmarking infrastructure for kernels and full-model workloads.
- Collaborate with hardware and compiler teams to co-design software abstractions.
Requirements
- Strong experience in high-performance ML inference, GPU/accelerator programming, or ML systems engineering.
- Deep understanding of computer architecture, memory hierarchies, and parallelism.
- Proficiency in developing custom kernels using CUDA, Triton, or ROCm/HIP.
- Hands-on experience with modern inference-serving systems like vLLM or TensorRT-LLM.
- Strong C++ and Python skills.
- English: Proficient level required.
