Junior UX/UI Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Create screens, workflows, and features in Figma for new and existing applications.
• Contribute to the React frontend codebase by translating designs into production-ready code.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, analysts, and trading teams to refine designs and solve user problems.
• Balance UX principles with technical feasibility, accessibility, performance, and delivery timelines.
• Help maintain design system components and conduct QA testing of implemented designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, HCI, or a related field.
• Working experience with Figma and a portfolio showing the design and implementation process for web applications.
• Working experience with React and an understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability, and UX best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects.
