Integration Engineer (Open Finance)

Location: Hybrid role with relocation to Barcelona, Spain required; the position is listed under Paris operations.

Net monthly allowance: €2,692.7.

What you will do

• Lead customer integrations from technical analysis and API solution design through implementation and go-live.
• Coordinate with fintechs, banks, insurers, software vendors, and internal Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams.
• Own account health in production by monitoring stability, errors, response times, volumes, conversion rates, and usage patterns.
• Prepare technical and operational reviews, identify risks, and coordinate action plans to prevent incidents and churn.
• Support customer migrations, new integrations, country and product expansions, and regulatory alignment related to PSD2/PSD3, FIDA, and DORA.
• Improve monitoring dashboards, ticketing processes, integration documentation, and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• Graduate with initial experience as an Integration or Implementation Engineer, Technical Solutions or Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in a SaaS or API environment.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API integrations, OAuth authentication, webhooks, security, observability, and log analysis.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, including volumes, conversion funnels, and error trends.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and monitoring or analytics tools such as Grafana, Elastic, or Metabase.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead steering meetings, and handle escalations.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, required.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, payments, or fintech.
• Knowledge of Open Banking or Open Finance, including PSD2 and AIS/PIS.
• Spanish language skills.
