Strategy & Operations Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead high-priority transversal projects across the Growth department.
• Analyze the growth value chain, including user acquisition, creative production, monetization, and ad tech.
• Identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them autonomously.
• Design and build scalable processes and products for mobile applications.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, including new business opportunities, M&A initiatives, operational teams, hiring, and venture launches.

Requirements

• Graduated from a top engineering or business school through a Grande École program.
• 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Curious, highly analytical, adaptable, and focused on creating impact.
• Fluent French and English.

Nice to have

• Ability to run SQL queries.
• Experience in gaming or performance marketing.
