Mental Health Therapist (AI)

Location: United States; full-time U.S. residency required. Virtual and in-person care are available, with in-person care strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Support clients across a broad spectrum of mental health needs, from mild presentations to complex and severe cases.
• Deliver care virtually and, where possible, in person through a private or group practice.
• Use evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed.
• Coordinate care with Lyra’s clinical consultation and care navigation resources.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted independent license, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments, such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience with clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care delivery.
• Full-time resident of the United States.
