Clinical Field Specialist, CT - North Carolina (Cardiac CT)

Location: Remote in the North Carolina geography, with customer-site travel in Charlotte and Raleigh and up to 80% travel.

Base salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year, plus discretionary commission-based earnings.

What you will do

• Assess customer lifecycles and optimize coronary CT programs and workflows for successful use of hirify.global products.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes to increase quality acceptance rates during customer onboarding.
• Deliver virtual and on-site training for technologists through product demonstrations, one-on-one sessions, and group training.
• Build and maintain relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other customer stakeholders.
• Maintain customer contacts, CT volumes, engagement logs, training records, and other documentation in hirify.global systems.
• Capture customer feedback, participate in clinical discussions, and execute plans to improve customer performance.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT is required.
• Minimum 3 years of cardiac CTA experience.
• Associate degree in radiology, technology, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology is required.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated success building professional relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and take periodic on-call responsibilities.
