What you will do

• Monitor the crypto landscape and identify opportunities for investments, engineering, market making, and trading operations.
• Translate industry trends into actionable architecture, product, investment, and partnership strategies.
• Research technical repositories, white papers, reports, industry relationships, and internal data to produce recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Support engineers, business development, investment teams, and external partners with research, technical advice, and product insights.
• Evaluate early-stage projects and produce actionable insights for decisions based on incomplete data.
• Communicate research findings on trends such as MEV through clear writing and effective presentations.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the crypto industry and its rapidly evolving landscape.
• Knowledge of one or more blockchain-related disciplines, including smart contracts, cryptography, crypto-economics, networking, consensus algorithms, or distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to balance open-ended research with actionable results.
• Resourceful, self-sufficient, reliable, and comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reliable and predictable availability.
