What you will do

• Build the in-person community of power users for the Los Angeles market.
• Develop a community from scratch and grow meaningful repeat attendance.
• Plan and run events end to end, including venues, event flow, and follow-up.
• Build partnerships across studios, run clubs, wellness founders, and related local communities.
• Scale event attendance through street teams and convert attendees into evangelists.

Requirements

• Experience building a community from zero with consistent repeat attendance.
• Currently embedded in the Los Angeles wellness scene with established local relationships.
• Experience owning event logistics end to end.
• Experience building systems that turn attendees into repeat participants and advocates.
• Warm, outgoing, and comfortable approaching strangers in person.
