Part-Time RN (LGBTQIA+ Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; 20 hours per week, including weekends

Compensation: $45/hour

What you will do

• Provide asynchronous clinical care, education, and counseling within the scope of RN practice.
• Assist MDs, NPs, and PAs with prescription preparation, lab orders, state PDMP checks, and clinical requests.
• Communicate lab and imaging results to members and respond to requests from members and outside entities.
• Coordinate clinical forms, paperwork, specialty referrals, and member support with internal teams.
• Provide individual or group injection training through video meetings.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Active RN license; an RN license within the NLC compact states is strongly preferred.
• Clinical experience serving the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Clear, compassionate communication and strong decision-making skills.
• Experience working with diverse patient and coworker groups.
• Strong organization, time management, patient follow-up, and remote-work skills.
