What you will do

• Monitor the crypto landscape and identify opportunities for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Translate industry trends into actionable architecture, product, investment, and partnership strategies.
• Aggregate information from technical repositories, research reports, white papers, company data, and partner feedback.
• Produce research reports, recommendations, presentations, and strategic advice for internal teams and external partners.
• Evaluate early-stage opportunities across investment, engineering, market making, and trading operations.
• Contribute directly or through advice on code, tokenomics modeling, project strategy, and related areas.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the crypto industry and its evolving landscape.
• Knowledge of one or more blockchain-related disciplines, including smart contracts, cryptography, crypto-economics, networking, consensus algorithms, or distributed systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences.
• Ability to balance open-ended research with actionable conclusions.
• Self-sufficient, resourceful, reliable, and able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
