Forward Deployed Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work. Relocation support is available for employees moving to an office location.

What you will do

• Architect and build production-grade full-stack applications around core AI models.
• Lead API integration, data visualization, authentication, and security implementations in enterprise environments.
• Design backend services for customer data ingestion and model prediction delivery at scale.
• Build dashboards and tools that help business users inspect, trust, and act on predictions.
• Translate customer and operational requirements into platform roadmap inputs.
• Collaborate with research, product, sales, and solution architecture teams across customer deployments.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production code in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next, and data visualization libraries such as D3 or Recharts.
• Backend development experience with Python/FastAPI, Go, or Node, plus PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and enterprise identity providers including LDAP, SAML, or OIDC.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain architecture to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building tools for data science or ML workflows.
• Cloud-native architecture and Infrastructure as Code experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or Terraform.
• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant in B2B software.
• Familiarity with Pandas or PySpark.
