Salary: $140,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity and performance-based bonuses of $11,666–$55,000

What you will do

• Partner with the AI team to improve the quality, consistency, and creative direction of AI-generated video content.
• Develop prompting frameworks and scalable generation workflows for high-quality creative outputs.
• Build repeatable systems that operationalize visual taste, design principles, and storytelling practices.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated assets for composition, motion, continuity, realism, and visual quality.
• Experiment with emerging AI creative tools and translate their capabilities into product and content experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and AI teams on the future of AI video creation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image, video, or creative-content generation.
• Strong visual design, motion design, or creative-direction instincts with high standards for quality and detail.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, creative workflows, and AI-generation techniques.
• Strong storytelling skills, including pacing, narrative structure, and visual communication.
• Ability to build scalable frameworks and reusable workflows rather than relying only on one-off execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup with rapidly evolving tools and processes.

Nice to have

• Background in product design, visual design, motion graphics, creative technology, or a related field.
• Experience building node-based workflows in ComfyUI, Fal, or similar AI infrastructure tools.
• Experience in video production, film, advertising, gaming, or another creative industry.
