Graphic Designer Senior- Creative Services (Motion Design)

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development of animation, motion graphics, and video content for in-branch experiences, sponsorship activations, social media, and executive communications.
• Create visual narratives that simplify complex concepts and support brand, business, and customer objectives.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, motion systems, video treatments, and reusable creative assets with the Associate Creative Director.
• Manage video post-production, including editing, color correction, sound design, animation integration, accessibility, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, marketers, product teams, and business stakeholders on multimedia and experiential initiatives.
• Improve creative workflows and explore AI-enabled tools, generative media, automated captioning, and post-production optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, video editing, or multimedia production.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
• Strong knowledge of storyboarding, visual communication, pacing, typography, composition, cinematic storytelling, accessibility, and captioning.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders while meeting quality, brand, compliance, and technical standards.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital, social, sponsorship, experiential, environmental, and enterprise communication channels.
• Experience applying AI-enabled creative technologies to improve production quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ability to coach and mentor less experienced designers.
