We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to join an international iGaming project and take ownership of one of the key markets - Australia, Canada, or Spain.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:
— Develop and implement market growth strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and monetization;
— Take ownership of the market P&L and key business metrics;
— Adapt the product to local market specifics, including user behavior, payments, promotions, and UX;
— Manage marketing activities and evaluate the performance of acquisition channels, including affiliates;
— Collaborate with CRM, Retention, and VIP teams to improve player engagement and LTV;
— Ensure compliance with local regulations and proactively manage business risks;
— Analyze the market, competitors, trends, and user insights to identify new growth opportunities;
— Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Payments, Anti-Fraud, and Support;
— Initiate and launch new ideas, experiments, and market hypotheses.

🔹 What we’re looking for:
— Proven experience as a Country Manager in iGaming;
— Deep understanding of the relevant local market (AU, CA, or ES), its culture, player behavior, and competitive landscape;
— Experience with marketing, product, CRM, and retention processes;
— Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and P&L;
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
— English level B2+;
— Knowledge of the relevant local language;
— High level of ownership, independence, and a results-oriented mindset.
