  • Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and processes, including power tools, tube bending, machining, and welding.
  • Ability to own projects and work effectively in small teams.
  • Familiarity with CAD, preferably NX or equivalent, GD&T, and work-holding design and analysis.

Nice to have

  • Five or more years of aerospace manufacturing experience with components or sub-assemblies.
  • Experience developing production processes from the ground up and driving design improvements for manufacturing.
  • Experience with instrumentation, data acquisition, data review, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Python, SQL, or similar programming experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced agile product development, flexibility to travel, and a high attention to detail.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on work in a rapidly iterative production environment.
  • Opportunity to expand in-house manufacturing and test capabilities across multiple disciplines.
  • Medical, vision, and dental coverage for eligible full-time hires.
