DevOps Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building a powerful AI Agent Platform for SAP teams, founded by industry experts and AI researchers.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure using Terraform modules primarily on AWS.
• Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues including VPNs, firewalls, and routing between Nova and customer environments.
• Maintain and improve the information security management system to ensure ongoing ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams to implement secure, robust connectivity solutions.
• Automate security and compliance processes to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York for on-site work.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or security engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS networking, including VPC, VPNs, IAM, and compute.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as subnets, routing, firewalls, and DNS.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud setups (GCP or Azure).
• Familiarity with security tooling like Vanta, GuardDuty, or CloudWatch.
• Prior experience in regulated industries such as finance or manufacturing.
• Background in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
