Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Berlin or Tübingen, Germany

What you will do

• Build and maintain products based on generative AI models for music and sound.
• Ship end-to-end features across the frontend and backend stack.
• Work with research, product, growth, and sales teams to identify user needs and turn them into engineering tasks.
• Develop integrations, automation, and deployment workflows using AWS Lambda and S3.
• Help shape technical direction and product features while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, preferably in fast-moving product or startup environments.
• Strong TypeScript expertise across frontend and backend development.
• Strong experience with React, Tailwind, and component libraries.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, migrations, performance, API design, security, and data workflows.
• Ability to take ownership, work proactively, and communicate clearly with teammates.

Nice to have

• Basic machine learning knowledge and experience using ML or LLM tooling in products.
• Experience with Convex or similar serverless backend platforms.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Exposure to AWS services beyond Lambda and S3, including CloudFront, IAM, and monitoring.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining larger production codebases.
