Backend Developer (Distributed Systems and AI): Building high-performance, distributed core platform services and data pipeline infrastructure for high-traffic mobile game studios with an accent on real-time systems, scalability, and AI-first software engineering. Focus on designing multithreaded microservices, integrating AI coding agents and LLMs, and owning production delivery end-to-end.
Location: On-site in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do
- Design, architect, test, and implement core platform services and data pipeline infrastructure.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic production infrastructure used across studios.
- Develop internal tools that support company-wide development and business processes.
- Design high-performance distributed systems within an AI-first engineering workflow.
- Integrate AI agents and LLM-based coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code into daily development.
- Own deliverables end-to-end from inception and design through development and production implementation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend development experience.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience building high-scale, multithreaded systems.
- Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
- Proactive, adaptable, self-directed approach with strong interpersonal and learning skills.
Nice to have
- High proficiency in Golang.
- Production experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience with DevOps, automation, or frontend development.
