What you will do

• Lead backend development and make key decisions on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Shape the architecture and development of a Kubernetes-based platform.
• Build robust, scalable, and efficient systems using Go, microservices, Kubernetes, and related backend technologies.
• Take technical ownership, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to deliver features smoothly.
• Help define the technology vision for the platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience, preferably with Go or a similar language.
• Experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer in a high-scale, production-grade environment.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and distributed systems.
• Strong leadership, ownership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or experience in an elite IDF technology unit.
• Passion for building products and leading by example.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud cost optimization or resource management.
