Marketing Manager, Advisor Growth Systems (AI)

What you will do

• Own the intake, editorial review, publication, and retirement lifecycle for marketing content and the component library.
• Build and operate workflows for compliance review, content production, HubSpot operations, advisor requests, and asset distribution.
• Maintain AI agent inputs, prompts, and components; perform quality checks and review AI outputs before distribution to advisors.
• Create and maintain advisor-facing and internal enablement materials.
• Drive cross-functional projects to completion and track analytics for advisor-led organic growth.
• Lead prospective advisor recruiting calls and explain hirify.global’s marketing growth capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, wealth management marketing, or content and systems roles serving professionals in a service industry.
• Experience building and maintaining structured, reusable systems such as content libraries and resource hubs.
• Daily practical use of Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, including experience shipping and maintaining an LLM-based project, tool, or prompt library.
• Working knowledge of retrieval, system prompts, metadata, and AI quality limitations.
• Strong project management, process design, KPI, dashboard, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in New York, NY.

• Experience serving as the last mile for firm-level strategies with Integrated Marketing, Recruiting, Advisor Experience, and RIA leadership.
