Salary: $176,000 – $221,000

What you will do

• Lead and grow the network engineering team, managing hiring, priorities, and delivery.
• Own the network roadmap, from fabric generations to backbone expansion, aligned with build plans.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm between design, deployment, and production.
• Build the team ahead of demand, focusing on high-scale network engineering.
• Drive velocity in network delivery, moving from manual processes to automated, validated systems.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States.
• Proven experience leading network engineering organizations through rapid scale.
• Strong track record of hiring network engineers in competitive markets.
• Ability to balance long-term roadmap initiatives with immediate operational needs.
• Experience building and running high-performance, automation-first engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and HPC networking.
• Background in multi-site program management.
