Principal Fullstack Developer

Location: New York, United States; hybrid workplace.

Base salary: $180,000–$230,000 annually for mid-to-senior level.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of a structured products trading platform for a global asset management client.
• Manage engineering deliverables and coordinate with key project contributors.
• Design, document, and plan technical implementations for production software delivery.
• Work hands-on as an engineer and architect while leading project teams.
• Partner directly with client stakeholders as a technical advisor and strategic consultant.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Python or C# development.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend state management.
• Extensive AWS architecture experience, including Terraform and Docker.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data persistence strategies at scale.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations such as tier-one investment banks or global asset managers.
• Expert-level knowledge of global financial markets and financial products; BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
