Staff Software Engineer (MANTL)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Build core experiences for bank administrators and bank customers.
• Craft streamlined user flows and build robust REST APIs.
• Integrate platform services with third-party software such as Plaid and SendGrid.
• Design and implement reliable, well-tested services with strong error handling, logging, and edge-case coverage.
• Break down complex product requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide system design guidance, architectural advocacy, technical suggestions, and code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservice architecture, and domain-driven design.
• Exposure to ReactJS and NestJS.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong system design and software architecture skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.
