Senior IMS & Process Governance Specialist

Salary: €64,000 gross total compensation per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement.

What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve the Integrated Management System covering quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and information security.
• Align Directors, Process Owners, and subject matter experts across business functions.
• Develop the process governance framework, processes, procedures, and policies.
• Facilitate workshops and training to strengthen process ownership and management system maturity.
• Digitalize the IMS with systems, tools, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Support internal, certification, and customer audits and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Integrated Management Systems, Process Management, Operational Excellence, or governance within a multi-site industrial environment.
• Strong practical experience with ISO 9001 and solid knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
• Auditor qualification and experience conducting audits and closing corrective actions.
• Experience developing business processes, governance structures, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Excellent English and German and/or Italian, with strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.
