What you will do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts across different industries and local markets.
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, competitor analysis, and site optimization.
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO, including link acquisition, schema, local listings, and Google My Business profiles.
- Coordinate SEO implementation with content writers, designers, developers, project managers, and account teams.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and prepare monthly client reports.
- Present growth recommendations to clients, adapt strategies to algorithm changes, and support junior SEO specialists.
Requirements
- 4+ years of agency experience managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions across industries.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and local SEO.
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
