Jr. Growth Lead (SEO + AEO + Content)

What you will do

• Collaborate on complex, large-scale, time-critical SEO and AEO projects.
• Forecast performance, set targets, build reports, and communicate progress toward goals.
• Monitor client and competitor performance across consumer technology companies.
• Analyze digital marketing campaigns and website performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests and prioritize scalable web platforms and page-level SEO projects based on traffic and revenue opportunities.
• Build business cases for growth marketing initiatives and coordinate organic traffic analysis with data science teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of agency or in-house experience with technical SEO and content strategy, or broad experience with digital marketing.
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
• Strong understanding of web and native app ecosystems.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Data Studio, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience overseeing direct collaborators and managing client deliverables on schedule.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK, Mexico, Spain, or the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic SEO.
• Agency or in-house experience with PPC, SEM, paid search, or paid advertising.
• Strong product sense and the ability to solve challenging problems with simple product solutions.
