Business Performance Lead (Aerospace)

Location: Remote within the United States or onsite at the headquarters on Ellington Air Field in Houston, Texas

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows and recommend operating-model efficiency improvements.
• Design future-state processes with stakeholders and focus on measurable return on investment.
• Support data-model decisions during system and functional workflow design.
• Design and implement KPIs for throughput, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Implement process improvements and standards across enterprise initiatives.
• Collect and manage requirements for enterprise system implementations while coordinating between departments and work functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or business performance roles.
• Experience with complex process design, requirements management, analysis, and executive presentations.
• Experience with basic analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
• Must be able to meet applicable U.S. ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing or aerospace and defense background.
• Experience at a management consulting firm such as BCG, Deloitte, KPMG, or Accenture.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management standards.
• Experience in manufacturing facilities and scaled manufacturing processes.
