Product Designer (PropTech)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to develop product ideas from early concepts through shipped features.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation while accounting for technical constraints.
• Work with Product Designers to improve design craft, processes, and consistency.
• Iterate on the product using customer feedback, research, and behavioral data.
• Maintain and evolve a clean, consistent, and scalable design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing while advocating for accessible and inclusive experiences.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product design experience in a startup environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating the design thinking, process, and storytelling behind the work.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Solid UX fundamentals and interaction design experience across web and mobile web.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to non-designers and work effectively in a high-velocity environment.
• Resourcefulness, curiosity about users and data, openness to feedback, and a low-ego, high-output mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility standards.
• Experience with proptech or fintech products.
• Portfolio featuring 0→1 or early-stage product work.
