Event Marketing Specialist (AECO)

Location: Westminster, Colorado or Lake Oswego, Oregon; in-office 4 days per week. Travel requirement: 25%.

Salary: $58,300–$80,100 per year.

What you will do

• Develop event plans aligned with marketing and sales objectives to generate measurable revenue.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of hosted field events, regional and national trade shows, and internal events across North America.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to deliver events and support high-conversion lead follow-up.
• Track event performance using ROI, sourced pipeline, and other key metrics.
• Manage event budgets, resources, vendor negotiations, and multiple event types.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of complex events, particularly regional trade shows.
• Experience developing event strategies focused on measurable revenue impact and ROI.
• Strong project and budget management skills, including vendor contract negotiation and resource allocation.
• Ability to work in-office four days per week in Westminster, Colorado, or Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo for lead-flow tracking and attribution.
• Marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations sectors.
