Business Development Associate, Lagos (Nigeria)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria; onsite. Coverage: West and Central Africa.

What you will do

• Identify, research, and qualify suitable B2B partners and summarize relevant business information.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified prospects and support partnership sales administration.
• Conduct physical and virtual prospect meetings, including training, product demonstrations, and onboarding.
• Coordinate partner requests and onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and associations across West and Central Africa.
• Track industry trends, opportunities, bids, and prepare client proposals and bid applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or HND degree from an accredited higher institution.
• 3–4 years of post-NYSC experience in business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Data mining, planning, organization, problem-solving, judgment, and people skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
